INTRODUCING JEANNIE
Future Executive Sr. Sales Director Jeannie Helm began her business in Jan. 1988. She came to Mary Kay with a varied work history. She was a Sargent in the Air Force, a Special Education Teacher, a Restaurant Manager, a Corporate Trainer, a Day Care Center Director and just prior to joining Mary Kay, a Volunteer who did not know how to say no. She was volunteering 50-60 hours per week. She joined Mary Kay to create a business and identity that was her own and would allow her flexibility since her children were 2 and 7 and her husband traveled 4-6 days a week as an International Airline Pilot.
She earned her first MK Car in 6 months and promoted herself to the position of Sales Director 3 short months later. After her first 11 months in Mary Kay, working part time hours her income statement was over $35,000., more than she had earned per year working full time in any of her previous jobs.
In her MK Career of 25 years, she has earned 14 Mary Kay Cars, 25 Carats of Diamonds, Cash prizes totaling more than $12,000, Fabulous Trips to various resorts with her favorite trip being an all expense paid, 5 Star, 7 day trip for she and her husband to Vienna and Salsburg Austria. They dined in Castles, shopped the cobblestone streets of Salsburg, and enjoyed a private dinner party with the Vienna Boys Choir as their entertainment.
Jeannie and her husband Dick have been married 35 years and their daughters are now 26 and 32. Dick was able to take early retirement thanks to Jeannie’s Mary Kay Business and enjoys playing lots of Golf and just plain relaxing. Jeannie’s six figure MK income and benefits such as Free Life Insurance, Free Disability Ins. a Wellness Bonus for Health Care Insurance, and so much more allows she and Dick to make choices about how they live and how they invest their time.
Jeannie’s favorite aspect of her MK business is that she get’s to make a difference for others every single day. Whether it is helping a woman feel better about her appearance or empowering her with the skills she needs to build a successful business, everyday is filled with excitement and opportunities she never would have had if she had remained in the same job or circumstances she had prior to MK. Her motto learned from her mother is “I would rather try and find out, than cower and wonder what if!” Please welcome Future Exec. Sr. Sales Director Jeannie Helm.
